OXIDIZED BITUMEN

This grade of bitumen is made by pure bitumen aeration, which leads to the oxidation of bitumen with hot air.In this procedure, hydrogen atoms form a reaction with oxygen atoms, and the result is hydrocarbons with a lower penetration degree and a higher softening point than pure bitumen.

Oxidized Bitumen 75/35 (Blown Bitumen 75/35) is a semi-solid grade of this category. PUB-LTD Oxidized Bitumen R75/35 produced by aeration of Penetration Bitumen 60/70 at high temperature, without using a catalyst. This procedure causes a higher Penetration Index (PI).

Oxidized Bitumen 85/25 (Blown Bitumen 85/25) is a semi-solid and midrange grade of this category. Oxidized Bitumen R85/25 manufacturing is done by air blowing a soft type of bitumen, namely Penetration Bitumen 60/70.

Oxidized Bitumen 85/30 (Blown Bitumen 85/30) is produced by a continuous or staggered process. This process is done by air blowing into pure penetration bitumen 60/70. Heated penetration bitumen is always under control to monitor all conditions, especially the oil content, throughout the oxidation procedure.

Oxidized Bitumen 85/40 (Blown Bitumen R85/40) is a semi-solid grade of blown bitumen category and it is produced using pure Penetration Bitumen 60/70.

Oxidized Bitumen 90/15 or Bitumen R90/15 is a semi-solid grade oxidized type of Bitumen Generally. It is known as R90/15 grade as well.

R95/25 is a low oxidized bitumen grade. It is based on pure penetration bitumen, 60/70 grade. In the production procedure penetration bitumen, 60/70 is aerated with very hot air.

Oxidized bitumen 105/35 (blown bitumen 105/35 or R105/35) is a hard/solid grade of oxidized bitumen. This grade is produced under special conditions, controlled and monitored temperature, pressure and reactor feet.

Oxidized Bitumen 115/15 is also known as blown bitumen 115/15 or R115/15. It is one of the hard grades of oxidized bitumen produced in continuous or staggered blowing methods. Blown bitumen 115/15 made by using pure bitumen, namely penetration bitumen 60/70, as a raw material in strictly controlled conditions.
