OXIDIZED BITUMEN 75/30
Oxidized Bitumen 75/30 (or Blown Bitumen 75/30) is a semi-solid grade of this category. R75/30 is produced by air blowing pure bitumen, Penetration Bitumen 60/7; in other words, bitumen R75/30 is based on Bitumen 60/70 that achieved by passing very hot air thru it.
OXIDIZED BITUMEN 75/35
Oxidized Bitumen 75/35 (Blown Bitumen 75/35) is a semi-solid grade of this category. PUB-LTD Oxidized Bitumen R75/35 produced by aeration of Penetration Bitumen 60/70 at high temperature, without using a catalyst. This procedure causes a higher Penetration Index (PI).
OXIDIZED BITUMEN 85/25
Oxidized Bitumen 85/25 (Blown Bitumen 85/25) is a semi-solid and midrange grade of this category. Oxidized Bitumen R85/25 manufacturing is done by air blowing a soft type of bitumen, namely Penetration Bitumen 60/70.
OXIDIZED BITUMEN 85/30
Oxidized Bitumen 85/30 (Blown Bitumen 85/30) is produced by a continuous or staggered process. This process is done by air blowing into pure penetration bitumen 60/70. Heated penetration bitumen is always under control to monitor all conditions, especially the oil content, throughout the oxidation procedure.
